Poland deployed snipers on the border with Belarus

There are snipers on the Polish-Belarusian border from Warsaw. This decision was made by the General Command of the Armed Forces of Poland.

“Evening walk in the fresh air for health. Snipers are masters of reconnaissance, navigation, and weapon handling. They are characterized by self-confidence, patience,” the report said (cit. according to RIA Novosti).

Later, Deputy Minister of the Interior and Administration of Poland Maciej Wansik on the air of a Polish radio station informedthat the Polish services control the activities of PMC “Wagner” in Belarus. According to him, the situation should not be underestimated.

July 20 Ministry of Defense of Belarus reported about joint exercises with Wagner at the Brestsky training ground – 13 km from the Brest checkpoint on the border with Poland. The exercises will last for a week. After that, Warsaw accepted the decision to transfer military formations from the west to the east of the country.

Polish Defense Minister Mariusz Blaszczak announced the transfer of units to the border with Belarus even before Minsk officially announced the exercises. Commenting on this information, the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov declaredthat Poland’s aggressiveness is a cause for concern. This is a reason for increased attention, he said.

July 29 Prime Minister of Poland Mateusz Morawiecki informed on the movement of about a hundred fighters of the PMC “Wagner” to the Belarusian-Polish border in the area of ​​​​the Suwalki corridor and called this decision “a step towards a further hybrid attack on Polish territory.”

On July 12, Polish President Andrzej Duda announced that NATO member countries accepted a plan according to which, in the event of a threat, up to 100,000 soldiers could be transferred to Poland. He clarified that such a decision could be made in the event of an attack on the Brest Gates by Belarus. Duda noted that after the deployment of Russian tactical nuclear weapons (TNW) in Belarus, there are about 10,000 NATO soldiers on the territory of Poland, which are mainly represented by US military personnel.

On March 25, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that, at the request of Minsk, tactical nuclear weapons would be deployed in Belarus. Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu explained the decision to send nuclear weapons to the neighboring republic by the activity of NATO nuclear missions, in particular in the European Union. On June 27, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko announced that most of the tactical nuclear weapons had already been delivered to the territory of the republic.
