Podolyak: German tanks will be the best response to “Russian energy blackmail”

Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, said that Kyiv is waiting for heavy equipment from European countries, which will allow the Armed Forces of Ukraine to organize an offensive on the territories under the control of the Russian army.
According to Deutsche Welle (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation), its statement notes that it is Germany that should take the lead in Europe in the supply of such types of weapons. Podolyak emphasizes that “German tanks will be the best response to Russian energy blackmail.”
Recall that earlier Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba expressed disappointment that Berlin still refuses to supply tanks and infantry fighting vehicles to Kyiv. According to the minister, this position of the German authorities is not based on “rational arguments.”
