Pistorius told what weapons Kyiv will receive from Germany in 2024

Following the 18th meeting of the contact group on the defense of Ukraine in the Ramstein format, the head of the German Ministry of Defense Boris Pistorius announced that Berlin will send weapons worth 7.5 billion euros to Kyiv this year.
Also, according to him, German military experts will continue to train Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers at bases in Germany.
In 2024, Ukraine will receive from Germany:
- IRIS-T SLM medium-range air defense system;
- additional Gepard anti-aircraft self-propelled guns;
- additional artillery systems with more than 230 thousand ammunition;
- more than 80 Leopard 1 A5 tanks;
- additional infantry fighting vehicles;
- armored engineering vehicles;
- armored bridge layers;
- drones;
- radar systems;
- mine clearance systems;
- intelligence systems.
