Peskov said that Russia is analyzing information about the attack of drones in Iran

Russian services are trying to get a complete picture of the drone attack that took place in Iran, said presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

“Of course, our special services are now analyzing the information in order to get a more or less complete picture of what happened. But in any case, one can only condemn any such actions that are directed against a sovereign state,” the Kremlin spokesman said.

Several Iranian military installations have undergone attack on the night of January 28-29. Arab media claimed that it was Israel that launched a “special military operation” against Tehran to destroy its defense industry. In a released statement, the Iranian Defense Ministry refers to the unsuccessful attack by drones from an unknown country on a military facility in Isfahan, the capital of the province of the same name in the center of the country and the third largest city in Iran.

According to official data, no one was injured as a result of the attack, and the object suffered minor damage, which did not harm the functioning of the complex and the equipment stored there. In addition, the Iranian state agency Irna writes that a fire broke out at a motor oil factory in the city of Shahid Salimi in the province of East Azerbaijan.
