The meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin with the government, which was scheduled today, March 16, has been postponed to March 22, as the congress of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) lasted longer than planned. This was announced by the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov.

“Due to the fact that the RSPP event lasted longer than planned and taking into account the international contact that is to come today, the meeting with government members is postponed to March 22,” a Kremlin spokesman told reporters (quoted by RIA Novosti). ).

Vladimir Putin is also due to hold talks with South Ossetian President Alan Gagloev today.

The annual congress of the RSPP was held today, March 16, at the Moscow International House of Music and lasted about two hours. After the head of state spent a closed meeting with members of the Bureau of the RSPP, where they discussed, in particular, tax issues.
