Peskov: Putin gave instructions to the services on the day of the drone attack on Moscow

Russian President Vladimir Putin constantly received reports from the services and gave “some instructions” after the drone attacks on Moscow and the Moscow region. About it declared his press secretary Dmitry Peskov.
“[Путин] received reports from the Ministry of Defense, and from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and from the heads of the regions – Moscow and the Moscow region. <...> Then there were corresponding instructions from the head of state, orders from the supreme commander in chief,” Peskov said in an interview with journalist Pavel Zarubin.
He noted that the reports were “constant” and since information on the attack was updated “very quickly, there were constant calls.”

Incidents were also recorded in the Moscow region – 500 meters from the Ilyinsky highway in Krasnogorsk and in the Odintsovo urban district.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that as a result of the incident, no one was seriously injured and all the necessary assistance was provided on the spot. Upon the incident, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on terrorism under Art. 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The Ministry of Defense said that eight Ukrainian drones were involved in the attack, five of which were shot down, three more were suppressed by electronic warfare and deviated from the targets.
