Reports about the alleged ban on the departure of men from Russia are an information duck and sabotage, said presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
“Yes, this is a common information duck. Information sabotage,” the Kremlin spokesman said.
The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense (GUR MO) of Ukraine previously wrote that in Russia, allegedly from January 9, they will restrict the exit from the country of those liable for military service, including those who are limitedly fit for service. It was noted that for the exit of these categories of citizens, the possibility of leaving at all checkpoints in all directions will be closed.
In Russia, from September 21 to October 31, there was a partial mobilization. President Vladimir Putin described it as “adequate to the threats we face.” Then the State Duma reported that movement in Russia in connection with this decision would not be further restricted in any way.
