Russia is guided not by news reports, but primarily by contacts with India, said Dmitry Peskov, a spokesman for the Russian president, commenting on Bloomberg data that the Indian side is ready to comply with the price ceiling for Russian oil.
“We have a definite decision on this matter, a decision taken by the President of the Russian Federation and formalized with the relevant documents. We will start from them.
