The working trip of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the Pskov region, during which he was supposed to visit the Titan-Polymer plant, was canceled due to non-flying conditions, Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
“The President is in St. Petersburg today. Today he was supposed to fly to the Pskov region on a business trip, but in the end, due to flight conditions, this is not possible, so he will hold an event via videoconference from St. Petersburg, during which the launch of the Titan-Polymer plant in the Pskov region will take place,” said Peskov.
A day earlier, the Kremlin press service reportedthat on December 28 the head of state will go on a working trip to the Pskov region, where he will visit the Titan-Polymer plant. It was also noted that Putin would meet with the governor of the region, Mikhail Vedernikov.
