Peskov again left unanswered the question of the borders of new territories

Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov did not specify the boundaries within which the new territories became part of Russia. At the same time, he said that part of the territories of the annexed regions “will be returned.”

“I will leave it unanswered. The decree has a legal wording. In general, it refers to the territory in which the CAA operated at the time of adoption. But I repeat: certain territories will be returned. We will continue to consult with the population that wants to live with Russia,” Dmitry Peskov said at a briefing.
