Peskov: Abrams tanks will burn like others

American Abrams tanks, which the United States supplies to Ukraine, will burn, like other Western equipment. This was stated by the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov.

“Abrams tanks are serious weapons, but remember how the president said about other tanks made in another country, that they burn for a sweet soul? Well, these too will burn,” he said.

Peskov stressed that supplies of Western equipment to Ukraine cannot affect the conduct of the special operation and its outcome. According to a Kremlin spokesman, “there is no panacea” that could change the balance of power in the combat zone. He also noted that the United States continues to “increase its direct involvement” in the conflict in Ukraine.
