Pentagon: Russia will not stop the US from transferring weapons to Ukraine

A senior Pentagon official told reporters that no amount of verbal warning from the Russian authorities could force the US to stop transferring weapons.
“We will continue to support Ukraine with what they need and when they need it, regardless of the rhetoric,” he stressed.
Recall that earlier in Moscow they warned that the transfer of American Patriot anti-aircraft missile systems to Kyiv would lead to a further escalation of the conflict.
