US Air Force Secretary Frank Kendall said the delivery of the F-16 will provide Ukraine with key capabilities in the long term, but this will not “change the rules of the game”. At the same time, one of the F-16 pilots said on condition of anonymity that these fighters will not be able to turn the tide of events in Ukraine.
