Pasechnik appointed Lantratova senator from the LPR

The head of the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR), Leonid Pasechnik, signed a decree granting powers to the senator from the region, Daria Lantratova. Document published on the website of the head of the republic.

“To grant the powers of a senator of the Russian Federation to a representative from the executive body of state power of the Lugansk People’s Republic, Daria Sergeevna Lantratova,” follows from the decree.

Lantratova first became a senator from the LPR in December 2022. Before that, she was an assistant at the Russian Presidential Administration for Public Relations and Communications. In the Federation Council she is a member of the social policy committee.

In her Telegram channel Lantratova noted, that in the matter of the LPR it is important to follow “the trajectory of growth and development, restoration alone is not enough.” She said that the task of senators is to improve the quality of life of people.

Beekeeper officially entered inaugurated as head of the LPR on September 23. As part of his address, he expressed gratitude to Russian President Vladimir Putin for his support, as well as to the leadership of United Russia, residents and deputies of the regional legislative assembly.
