Parure Atelier has collected a collection of precious “hearts” for Valentine’s Day

The Russian jewelry company Parure Atelier has prepared a collection of jewelry with heart-cut colored precious stones for Valentine’s Day. One of the most sought after and loved ones, the heart cut is also one of the most difficult to manufacture. When cutting a gemstone, weight is generally preferred over proportion. Therefore, colored stones of the “heart” cut are less common than stones of simpler shapes, and it takes gemologists more time than usual to search for a stone of harmonious proportions. The Parure Atelier collection includes both ready-made jewelry and heart-cut gemstones themselves: multi-colored sapphires, morganites, Paraiba tourmalines from 2 to 26 carats, paired Burmese peridots, spinels, colorless and yellow diamonds. The place of the largest precious “heart” in the collection of the brand is occupied by a Ural emerald weighing more than 30 carats.
