Participants of the special operation from the Crimea will be able to automatically receive land plots

Land plots to Crimeans participating in a special military operation will be distributed automatically, based on the time of queuing, declared Deputy Minister of Property and Land Relations of the Peninsula Anatoly Zaichenko.

“This process will be carried out automatically, using a software package, excluding the human factor and the possibility of choosing a site. This is due, first of all, in order to exclude disputes or possible corruption risks,” Zaichenko explained.

According to him, four districts have been identified in Crimea for the allocation of land plots to the specified categories of citizens: Leninsky, Saksky, Chernomorsky and Razdolnensky.

December 19, 2022 President Vladimir Putin recommended the authorities of the Moscow region, the Crimea and Sevastopol to adopt legislative acts regulating the free issuance of land plots to the heroes of the special military operation. It was noted that this measure is needed to provide additional social support to the Russian military, who were awarded state awards and departmental insignia for the merits shown during the special military operation.

Russia’s special operation in Ukraine began on February 24, 2022. Putin named its goals the protection of the inhabitants of Donbass, as well as the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine. During the special operation, Russian troops took full control of the LPR, as well as most of the DPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. Subsequently, these territories became part of Russia, and on October 19 martial law was introduced in the regions.
