Deputies of the Kurultai of the Republic of Bashkortostan propose to provide additional guarantees for contract soldiers, mobilized and volunteers. The draft law, submitted by them to the State Duma, provides for the exemption of those performing combat missions in the zone of the special military operation from declaring income.
As it became known to MK, the draft law should concern those participants in the SVO who must provide information about their income and property, as well as their expenses. Also in their declaration, they must report the income and expenses of their spouses and minor children. This norm is prescribed by the Federal Law “On Control over the Correspondence of the Expenses of Persons Holding State Positions and Other Persons with Their Income” and several other regulations. According to parliamentarians, citizens should be exempted from submitting a declaration of income for the period of conscription for military service for mobilization, the conclusion of a contract or the time of participation in volunteer formations, as well as for three months upon completion of service.
