The cost of two-room housing increased by 12%, from 2.5 thousand to 2.8 thousand rubles, one-room housing – by 11%, from 1.8 thousand to 2 thousand rubles.
During the year, prices for short-term rental apartments increased in 30 out of 33 cities participating in the Avito Nedvizhimost study. The most expensive place to rent an apartment in the summer of 2023 was in Sochi. An average of 3.5 thousand rubles will be required to rent housing in this city. per day. The most noticeable growth compared to the summer of 2022 in the number of apartments available for short-term rental on the platform was noted in Rostov-on-Don (+58%), Kazan (+47%), Volgograd (+43%) and Nizhny Novgorod (+40% ). The number of apartments available for rent decreased in Sevastopol (-11%) and Moscow (-9%).
