According to the publication, the leadership has already changed in the group of companies. In particular, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, as of August 30, Kamil Muzafarov became the general director of the head structures of the MEZ Yug Rusi LLC group and Yug Rusi LLC, replacing Dmitry Kislov, the son of the founder and owner of the group Sergey Kislov. At the same time, the company explained this change with “the usual rotation of management”.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, in July Muzafarov established the Resurs company, the main activity of which is listed as “holding companies”. Later, the entire “Resource” was pledged in the Moscow Credit Bank (ICD), and the next day, the share of the “South of Rus” in the “MEZ of the South of Rus'” was transferred as a pledge to the MKB. As Dmitry Gabyshev, managing director of Peregrine Capital, explained, Resource thus “raises money from the bank by pledging shares, but since the empty company has no assets, the bank also receives shares in the purchased structure as collateral.”

According to Kommersant, the cost of the “South of Russia” can be estimated at 40 billion rubles. excluding debt.

“South of Rus” unites nine oil plants, elevators, a port terminal in the waters of the Azov-Black Sea basin. The group of companies is engaged in the production of oils of the brands Zolotaya Semechka, Zlato, Avedov, etc. According to Kommersant, Yug Rossii became the largest oil exporter last season, which shipped more than 399,000 tons. In addition, the group is also engaged in the export of grain.
