The issue of recognizing the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (GUR) and the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) as terrorist organizations can only be decided by a court. Russian President Vladimir Putin recalled this.
The head of state recalled that in Russia such decisions are made not by administrative structures at any level, but by the courts.
At the same time, Putin emphasized that “after all, the entire current Kiev regime is in one way or another based on the crimes that it commits every day, including against its own citizens” – this is what happened historically.
In particular, the Main Intelligence Directorate was aware that the Il-76 shot down by Ukraine was transporting Ukrainian prisoners, but the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed the plane, Putin said.
Strikes by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on civilians in Donetsk, Voronezh, Belgorod, and other Russian cities confirm that the Kiev regime switched to terrorist methods fight against Russia, and the West approves of this tactic. The head of the Duma Defense Committee, Andrei Kartapolov, emphasized that “it’s time to return to the issue of recognizing Ukraine as a terrorist state, and the ruling Kiev regime as a terrorist cell.” Speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin noted that Ukraine is “terrorist regimenurtured by Biden, Scholz, Macron and other politicians.”
