Officer Davis: Russian air defense will shoot down all F-16s if delivered to Kyiv

The Russian armed forces have a powerful air defense system, as a result of which American F-16 fighters, which Kyiv may receive from the West, will be destroyed. This statement was made by US Army Lieutenant Colonel Daniel Davis on his YouTube channel.
“There have long been fears in the West and in NATO that if there was a direct clash between Russia and NATO, their air defense and Su-35 fighters would pose a huge threat to the F-16,” the military expert said.
He emphasized that Russian air defense is multi-level and very effective, as well as modern compared to Ukrainian and more developed than that of the United States.
In addition, Davis added that the F-16s are quite old for modern combat operations, and training Ukrainian pilots will take a very long time. He believes that fighters will not help the Ukrainian Armed Forces change the situation on the battlefield.
