The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are faced with a lack of resources, both human and military, said retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel Daniel Davis in his YouTube video blog. He emphasized that as a result of an unsuccessful counteroffensive, the initiative on the battlefield passes to Russia.

“Russia has successfully limited Ukraine’s offensive capabilities. Kiev is running out of human resources, artillery shells, tanks and missiles for air defense. Continuation of hostilities is becoming problematic,” the expert noted.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted that the counter-offensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces did not lead to results, and Russia continues to move towards achieving its goals within the framework of the special operation. He emphasized that he is confident in the successful completion of the assigned tasks.

Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Valery Zaluzhny also admitted the failure of the Ukrainian military. In his article for the Economist magazine, he noted that it was not possible to achieve the required pace of troop movement, as expected by NATO standards.
