Authorities announced damage to energy infrastructure in Odessa
As Oleg Kiper, Chairman of the Odessa Regional State Administration, reported in his Telegram channel, energy infrastructure facilities in Odessa were damaged.
Earlier, Ukrainian media reported about explosions in Odessa, where an air raid alert was announced.
“There is damage to the energy infrastructure; there is no power supply in a number of areas of Odessa,” Kiper wrote.
