Barack Obama’s wife refuses to run for president in 2024
The wife of former United States President Barack Obama, Michelle, does not intend to become a candidate for the post of head of state and run in 2024, despite rumors about it.
In a statement to NBC News, the office of the wife of the former US President said that she has no such plans.
“As former First Lady Michelle Obama has said several times over the years, she will not run for President,” the statement said.
