Nuland: Washington is not looking for conflict with Russia, only wants her to leave Ukraine

The American authorities do not want to unleash a conflict with Russia, but only seek to ensure that Moscow stops interfering in the affairs of Ukraine. This statement was made by US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland in an interview with TASS.
Nuland also noted that US President Joe Biden has already stated that the United States does not want to start a conflict with Russia and is only striving for Moscow to stop its actions on the territory of Ukraine.
Earlier, Biden himself, speaking in Warsaw, said that the United States and European countries are not aimed at establishing control over Russia or destroying it. In response to this statement, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov noted that Moscow views President Biden’s speech in Poland as a failed attempt to put pressure on Russia.
