Andrey Travnikov, Governor of the Novosibirsk Region, announced that the first stage of partial mobilization had been completed. According to him, the additional staffing of individual units continues.
The selection of certain scarce military specialties will also continue, but Travnikov clarified that these will already be isolated cases for municipalities.
Nevertheless, in the region for a few more weeks there will be a personnel formation point at the Novosibirsk Higher Military Command School.

Last week, on September 21, Vladimir Putin, during an address to the Russians, announced the beginning of a partial mobilization in Russia.
