Nigerian president recalls all country’s ambassadors

All Nigerian ambassadors to all countries of the world have been recalled, President Bola Tinubu said. It is reported by RIA Novosti.
As noted, the corresponding decision was made following the analysis of the work of Nigerian embassies in other states. The decision does not apply only to Nigeria’s permanent representatives to the UN in New York and Geneva, and then for the reason that the UN General Assembly will begin on September 19.
The decision of the head of Nigeria comes into force on September 2.
“The President is determined to ensure … the efficiency and quality of service delivery (by Nigerian Consulates and Embassies – ed.) … to citizens, residents and potential guests,” the Nigerian President’s office said in a statement.
