Newsweek reveals important problem in Ukraine that will help Russia

The weight of the tanks supplied to the Kyiv regime by the countries of the Western military-political bloc NATO may prevent their successful use on the battlefield, writes Newsweek.
In the publication, in particular, we are talking about the fact that the most common main battle tank in the world, the T-72, weighs about 45 tons, like the T-80. According to the United States Army, the weight of the M1A1 “Abrams” can range from 67 to almost 74 tons.
From the point of view of military expert Michael Peck, this affects which bridges vehicles can safely drive over, which determines the future location and speed of maneuvers on the battlefield.
In addition, the pontoon crossings of the military personnel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) were also designed taking into account tanks developed in the Soviet Union, and not “Abrams”, “Challenger” or “Leopard”, officer Frank Ledwidge shared his opinion.
“Western allies will supply new equipment if necessary, but Russian military intelligence will, however, benefit from the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ logistical solutions to bypass unsuitable bridges,” he concluded.
