Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN Vasily Nebenzya, speaking at a meeting of the Security Council, announced the amount that the world organization received this year to provide humanitarian assistance to Ukraine.
According to the Russian diplomat, it amounted to $1.83 billion.
“Ukraine is a leader in attracting donor assistance,” Nebenzya said, recalling that at the moment there are more than 360 million people in the world in need of humanitarian assistance.
According to him, Ukraine received a billion dollars more than Afghanistan, which “fully tasted the “experimental democratization” of the United States and NATO.”
