According to the Telegram channel, two people arrived from Arkhangelsk to Severodvinsk on December 31 by taxi – Portuguese Martinez Da Silva and French woman Cassiope Vien.
The publication notes that entry into the strategic city of the Russian Federation is possible only with permission from the FSB, which the couple did not have. When asked by law enforcement officers why they had come, they replied that they wanted to “see the northern lights.”
It is also reported that the French woman had an economic and political education with a specialization in Central and Eastern Europe and Russia. The girl studied in Moscow, besides Russian, she knows five more languages and is proficient in karate techniques.
