Korotchenko: only military victories of Russia can stop the pumping of Ukraine with weapons
Western states will continue to send military products to the Ukrainian side, only victories of the RF Armed Forces can stop this process, defense expert Igor Korotchenko said.
Earlier, the AP agency, citing an anonymous official, informed that the United States would send $400 million in additional military assistance to Kiev. The package will include ammunition for HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems, NASAMS anti-aircraft missile systems, missiles for Stinger man-portable air defense systems and Javelin man-portable anti-tank missile systems, howitzer shells and 32 Stryker armored personnel carriers.
According to the military analyst, there is a consensus decision by Western leaders that the pumping of the Kyiv regime with weapons will continue, so this is just one of the latest military aid packages. “The trend is important, not a single package – today it is one, tomorrow another,” Korotchenko shared his point of view.
According to the expert, the trend indicates that the support of the Ukrainian side with arms and money from the West will continue. To stop this process “is possible only by military victories” of the Russian army, he concluded.
