NAC announced new terrorist threats from the special services of Ukraine

Against the backdrop of Russia’s special operation in Ukraine, new terrorist threats from the special services of Ukraine have emerged. This was reported in the press service of the National Anti-Terrorism Committee (NAC) following a meeting of the committee, which was held by its chairman, director of the FSB of Russia Alexander Bortnikov, transmits TASS.

“Against the backdrop of a special military operation, new terrorist threats have emerged, emanating mainly from Ukrainian special services and nationalist formations,” the report says.

According to the NAC, since February 2022, 188 terrorist crimes have been prevented in Russia. In most cases, they were trained by young people “having low moral character, leading a marginal lifestyle and not thinking about the consequences of their actions,” the committee said.

The NAC said that the special services of Ukraine, with the assistance of the “collective West”, spread the ideas of terrorism and neo-Nazism, and also involve Russians and “persons arriving from the territory of Ukraine” in criminal activities. For this, Kyiv actively uses Internet resources, the committee explained.

Russian authorities have repeatedly accused Kyiv of terrorist attacks on Russian regions and civilian objects. In particular, commenting on the drone attacks on Moscow, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov notedthat such actions confirm the “essence of the Kyiv regime.”

The Kremlin spokesman also declared about Moscow’s confidence in Kyiv’s involvement in the murders of Russians. According to him, Ukraine has actually turned into a “state sponsor of terrorism.” Earlier, publicist and daughter of conservative philosopher Daria Dugina and military commissar Vladlen Tatarsky became victims of terrorist attacks in Ukraine.
