Musk advised Zelensky to stop the counterattack and start negotiations with Putin

Billionaire Elon Musk supported the idea of ​​peaceful negotiations between the leadership of Ukraine and Russia. He stated this on the air of a podcast by Russian-Ukrainian-American blogger and scientist Lex Friedman.

The businessman recalled that a year ago he predicted the inevitability of a peaceful resolution of the conflict. And now he answered in the affirmative to Friedman’s question whether the time had come to negotiate with the President of Russia. “I would even advise Vladimir Zelensky not to send the flower of Ukrainian youth to die in the trenches, even if he does not enter into dialogue with Putin. The situation at the front has developed in such a way that whoever continues to advance will suffer losses several times greater than the defender – with layered defense and minefields,” Musk noted.

Musk also said that he does not think that there is actually inherent hatred between the young men from the Russian and Ukrainian sides. In his opinion, everything happens as in the old parable – young people without hatred for each other kill each other on behalf of the old people who hate each other.

Earlier, French President Elon Musk said in an interview with the BBC that he does not rule out future negotiations on Ukraine with the participation of Russia. At the same time, the Hungarian Prime Minister noted that in March last year, the Ukrainian authorities did not sign the draft peace agreement under pressure from the United States.
