Murakhovsky named two conditions for a large-scale breakthrough of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ defense

Ukraine is not able to compensate for losses in manpower at the expense of those mobilized.

The so-called “positional impasse” in the fighting in Ukraine, which was announced by the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny, can be overcome by Russian troops under certain conditions. This is the opinion of the famous military expert, editor-in-chief of the Arsenal of the Fatherland magazine Viktor Murakhovsky.

Answering the question of what needs to be done to break through the enemy’s defenses to operational depth, Murakhovsky noted that, first of all, it is necessary to follow the requirements of regulations and instructions. “This requires a few more months of industry work and increasing the size of the group” (SVO. – “MK”), the expert concluded.

Analysts note that in conditions when the United States is forced to send part of its weapons to Israel, the flow of military supplies to Ukraine has become scarce. At the same time, the Russian defense industry is increasing the production of weapons and ammunition. Thus, a representative of the Ukrainian Air Force Ignat reported that, according to Ukrainian intelligence, in 2.5 months the stock of missiles in Russia (Caliber, Iskander-K, X-101, X-555) increased from 600 to 800.

Ukraine, according to analysts, is not able to compensate for losses in manpower at the expense of mobilized ones. At the same time, in Russia, as reported by Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev, since the beginning of the year, over 400 thousand people have signed contracts with the Ministry of Defense. In Moscow alone, more than 20 thousand people signed up to become contract soldiers.
