The organizers will have to take into account a number of requirements, including: a few shorts, a bottle of vodka, a hookah piper in the dressing room, beer and 12-year-old whiskey of a certain brand.

Among other things, the technical rider states that difficulties associated with crossing the border and customs control are not force majeure; the fee must be paid in full, but is non-refundable.

Despite the fact that the list of possible countries for performing includes Georgia, Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates, Vladimir Shavgulidze, answering the question whether the artist could organize a performance in Russia, he replied: “Who can stop him?”

Earlier, the Savyolovsky Court of Moscow fined the rapper for 40 thousand rubles for the fact that he did not send reports on his income and expenses to the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation – everyone who has received the status of a foreign agent is required to do this.
