The Russian military department, together with the regional government of the Primorsky Territory, has begun implementing a new program for the development of military camps. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the goal of the program is to significantly reduce the time required for major repairs of military camp buildings in order to create favorable and comfortable living conditions for military families.
