More than 3 million people have used the “Mobile Voter” service on State Services, which allows you to vote in the presidential elections in Russia at a location other than your registration address, reported press service Ministry of Digital Development.
Using the service, you can choose a polling station that is convenient for you. Applications in the “Mobile Voter” are accepted until 23:59 Moscow time on March 11.
The press release states that the most popular regions where choosing a polling station other than the place of registration were Moscow, St. Petersburg, Moscow region, Krasnodar region, Krasnoyarsk region, Leningrad region, Samara region, Tatarstan, Irkutsk region and Sverdlovsk region .
Voting in the Russian presidential elections will take place from March 15 to 17. The Central Election Commission registered four candidates: self-nominated Vladimir Putin, Nikolai Kharitonov from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Leonid Slutsky from the Liberal Democratic Party and Vladislav Davankov from New People.
