Military correspondent Kots: mobilization in Ukraine has long looked like a sad circus

Mobilization in Ukraine looks like a “sad circus”, “because it’s a sin to laugh at the sick” reported Russian war correspondent Alexander Kots in his Telegram channel. This is how a front-line reporter commented on the Rada’s bill, within the framework of which disabled people of the third group are subject to mobilization.

People with leg injuries can become drone operators, while recruits without one eye can become snipers, the journalist ironically suggested.

“It’s a sin to laugh at sick people. But mobilization in Ukraine has long looked like a sad circus,” Kots shared his point of view.

The Government of Ukraine today submitted to the Rada a draft law on improving mobilization and military registration. According to the list of diseases, we are talking about one-eyed people, people with one lung or a single kidney, as well as citizens with diagnosed dwarfism.

In addition, men and women without a foot, hand or bladder will be subject to conscription into the Ukrainian armed forces. Disability of the third group is also assigned to a jaw defect that cannot be surgically treated, in which case a person loses the ability to chew food normally.
