Bread prices should not increase, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said during a visit to Moscow’s Cheryomushki bakery.

This project eventually received a negative opinion from the Regulatory Impact Assessment Commission. Now the FAS has completely removed the term “socially significant goods” from the document. It says that the formation of the final list of products in the end should be done by the government.
