The level of implementation of plans for the implementation of most national projects has almost reached 100% over the past year, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said in his annual report to the State Duma on Thursday.
“By the end of 2022, for most national projects, the level of implementation of the annual plan is close to 100%. This means that schools, roads and hospitals were built on time,” he said.
It was possible to continue achieving the national development goals set by the president thanks to the solution of operational tasks to stabilize the Russian economy, the prime minister emphasized. Already by June 2022, the impact of negative factors was significantly reduced, and by the third quarter, the Russian economy came out with a certain “margin of safety,” Mishustin emphasized.
In addition, the entire mechanism of state programs was restarted last year, he noted. Thanks to digitalization, interaction between departments has been made more efficient, and the time for solving problems has been reduced from 90 to 10-15 days. The results of state programs are also close to 100%, the prime minister added.
National projects that were developed on behalf of the President in 2018 are currently being implemented in 14 areas: Health, Education, Demography, Culture, Safe High-Quality Roads, Housing and Urban Environment , “Ecology”, “Science and Universities”, “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiative”, “Labor Productivity”, “International Cooperation and Export”, “Digital Economy”, “Tourism and Hospitality Industry” and Comprehensive Modernization Plan and expansion of the main infrastructure.
