Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree dismissing Deputy Minister of Digitalization Dmitry Oguryaev from his post. Sergei Tsvetkov, Director of the Department for Electronic Government Infrastructure Development, has been appointed to his post.
“The Government has signed a decree on the dismissal of Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications Dmitry Oguryaev. The position of deputy minister will be taken by the director of the Department for Development of Electronic Government Infrastructure Sergei Tsvetkov,” reported the press service Ministry of Digital Development.
Dmitry Oguryaev has worked at the Ministry of Digital Development since 2020. Under his leadership, the portal was updated and the Gosuslug family of mobile applications was launched.
Sergey Tsvetkov will oversee the development of government electronic services and information systems, as well as the implementation of super services on the State Services portal. He has been working at the Ministry of Digital Development for more than ten years. All the time he was working on the Gosuslugi portal. Since 2020, he has headed the department for e-government infrastructure development.
