The instruction was issued following a meeting between Mikhail Mishustin and senators of the Federation Council, which took place on July 4.
By data According to the National Bureau of Credit Histories (NBCH), in the first half of the year, the volume of car loans issued in Russia increased by 61.4% compared to the same period in 2022. The NBKI attributed this growth to the low base effect due to the fall in issuance in March-April 2022 and the resumption of the preferential car loan program.
