Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said that many foreign investors wanted to keep their projects in Russia
“We hope that pragmatism will prevail and they will return,” the prime minister said at the Moscow Financial Forum.
Mishustin said that Russia “understands” the situation in which foreign investors find themselves “due to the actions of their own authorities.” He also said that companies leaving the market have freed up a niche for other suppliers.
