The following universities also made it into the top 10: HSE, St. Petersburg State University, Innopolis University, National Research University MPEI, Novosibirsk National Research State University, Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI), MISiS and Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University. They can claim salaries from 170,000 to 220,000 rubles.
