The representative of the Ministry of Economy of Germany, Susanne Ungrad, in an interview with journalists, commented on the statement of the President of Transneft, Nikolai Tokarev, about the application from Poland and Germany to pump oil.
According to her, the application was exclusively about pumping oil from Kazakhstan.
“The oil concerns that own refineries in Leuna and Schwedt do not order oil from the Russian Federation for 2023. The refinery in Schwedt, as part of the discussion of an agreement between shareholders with the Kazakh side on the supply of crude oil, reserved the corresponding capacities in the pipeline system for oil from Kazakhstan,” she said. Ungrad.
