Ministry of Defense: The Russian Armed Forces destroyed the American self-propelled gun Paladin in the Northern Military District zone

As a result of counter-battery warfare, Russian troops destroyed the American Paladin self-propelled gun in the special operation zone in Ukraine. This was announced by official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense Igor Konashenkov.
“During the counter-battery fight, the following were hit: the Msta-B howitzer, a radar station, as well as the US-made M109 Paladin self-propelled artillery mount,” the lieutenant general said during a briefing on Sunday.
In addition, the officer reported that as a result of the work of the Russian Aerospace Forces in the Northern Military District zone, aviation fuel storage facilities of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Poltava region, as well as aviation ammunition in the Cherkasy region, manpower and military equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in 128 regions were destroyed.
According to the Russian defense department, since the beginning of the special operation, the Ukrainian army has lost 7,187 field artillery pieces and mortars, as well as over 13.5 thousand tanks and other armored combat vehicles.
