On the night of September 13, the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired 10 cruise missiles at Sevastopol, seven of them were shot down by air defenses, reported to the Ministry of Defense. As a result of the missile hits, two ships undergoing repairs were damaged.

Razvozhaev reported about a fire at the southern site of the Sevastopol Marine Plant due to a missile attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to him, the enterprise was shelled at about 03:20 Moscow time. As a result, 24 people were injured, four of them are in moderate condition. Governor clarifiedthat the fire has already been extinguished.

Sevastopol Marine Plant is the largest ship repair and shipbuilding enterprise in Crimea. It is the main repair base of the Black Sea Fleet.
