Ministry of Defense: APU lost more than 340 servicemen per day

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation over the past day took active steps, as a result of which the Armed Forces of Ukraine lost more than 340 servicemen, says in the daily report of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

“In the Donetsk direction, as a result of the active actions of the units of the “Southern” group of forces, air strikes and artillery fire, the enemy’s losses per day amounted to more than 340 military personnel and mercenaries, two tanks … as well as D-20 and D-30 howitzers, ”says in the message.

In other areas, Russian troops continued to inflict artillery and air strikes on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Thus, in the Kupyansk direction, the Ukrainian side lost up to 50 people after the strikes of the RF Armed Forces in the areas of Gryanikovka, Sinkovka, Kharkiv region, as well as the villages of Novoselovskoye and Stelmakhovka in the LPR.

In the Krasnolimansky direction, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were hit in the areas of the settlements of Chervonaya Dibrova, Nevskoye in the LPR, as well as Yampolovka, Torskoye and Grigorovka in the DPR. Enemy losses amounted to 130 servicemen.

In addition, near the village of Olgovka, Kherson region, the ammunition depot of the 126th Territorial Defense Brigade of Ukraine was destroyed, and the fuel storage of the 102nd Territorial Defense Brigade was destroyed in the Zaporozhye region.

On March 29, the Ministry of Defense announced the destruction of the AFU communications center near the village of Semenovka in the DPR, as well as four command posts in the DPR, Kharkiv and Kherson regions. The Ministry of Defense also reported that during the day the Russian army destroyed up to 310 Ukrainian troops in the Donetsk direction. In the Krasnolimansky direction, the losses of the enemy amounted to 100 military personnel, and in the Kupyansky direction – more than 35.

Russia’s special operation in Ukraine began on February 24. Russian President Vladimir Putin called the protection of the inhabitants of Donbass, as well as the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine, its goals. During the special operation, Russian troops took full control of the LPR, as well as most of the DPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. Subsequently, these territories became part of Russia, and on October 19 martial law was introduced in the regions.
