Minister Reshetnikov made it clear: the ruble exchange rate is none of our business

The official explained what the authorities expect from the Russians
Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov was born in 1979. Therefore, when the group “Technology” released their hit “Sooner or Later” in 1993, he was 14. And, quite possibly, he remembered this song and its name when answering a journalist’s question: “When will measures to strengthen the ruble begin to work? » Let me remind you that he replied: “Sooner or later” – and left.
A cultural analysis of the minister’s response will bring not obvious, but very interesting results. The test of the hit “Technology”, as is often the case with many popular songs, does not contain a clear meaning, but rather creates a mood:
“Sooner or later
Something is happening on earth
Sooner or later
I recognize a voice in silence
Sooner or later
We could use some daylight
Sooner or later
Everything will die, but you will stay with me.”
This is a mood of melancholic contemplation, complete acceptance of life and submission to fate. And, probably, this is precisely the mood that is expected from Russians in our government. After all, Kremlin Speaker Dmitry Peskov said on October 3: “Excessive attention to the dollar exchange rate is possible from an emotional point of view, but rather these are rudiments of the past, after all. We need to get used to living in the ruble zone and not feel so dependent on the dollar exchange rate.”
And now Minister Reshetnikov confirmed this statement on an emotional level. In general, you need to relax and not be afraid of anything. Those at the top know what they are doing.
An excellent civic position.
