Passengers of a minibus in Odessa beat a man away from military commissars, accusing them of intending to take a bribe
In Odessa, Ukraine, minibus passengers fought off a man from military registration and enlistment office employees. They also accused the military commissars of trying to take a bribe. The corresponding video was posted by the Ukrainian publication “Strana”.
In the video, the woman does not allow a military registration and enlistment officer to see the passenger. “Have you decided to earn a bribe from him?” she accuses in advance. According to her, with a salary of $400 on the street, an employee can receive $3 thousand to release a detained man.
The employees demand that the video recording be stopped, citing the fact that the checkpoint may be included in the frame. Passengers do not agree: “We have the right, we are not removing the checkpoint.”
